Update the Day One App<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before trying anything else, please check the app store on your device to ensure you are running the <strong>latest version<\/strong> of Day One. Updates often include important bug fixes and stability improvements that can resolve known crashing issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-restart-your-device\">2. Restart Your Device<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, please try a simple restart of your phone, tablet, or computer.
