Merging journals automatically in Day One is not supported, but entries can be moved in bulk from one journal to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Swipe left on an entry and tap Select. This will display the select <\/em>mode with a circle next to each entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Tap the circle by each entry you wish to move. Alternatively, you can tap Select All <\/em>to include all entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Tap Move\/Copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Tap Move To…<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the journal picker that appears, select the journal you wish to move your entries to.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have moved your entries to the desired journal, delete the empty journals with these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Tap Settings<\/em> (profile image at the top-right corner of the screen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap Journals<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Tap the journal you wish to delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Tap Delete Journal<\/em>, then tap the Delete Journal<\/em> button that appears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Tap Delete Journal<\/em> again. (Yes, we really want to make sure that you don’t accidentally delete a journal. \ud83d\ude42 )<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Display the journal pane by clicking its icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select the entries you want to move to a journal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Drag and drop them on the desired journal in the journal pane. -OR- Right-click and select Edit > Move To… > Then select Journal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
