Journal Streaks are shown to indicate the number of consecutive days entries were created. It is a great way to keep motivated and consistently journaling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can see your Journal streaks on iOS and Android by tapping More…, then scrolling down to Streaks. To see a list of journals and the streak count for each tap “See more” on iOS, or tap “Current Streak” on Android.
Another way to view Journal streaks in iOS is to tap “Journals”, then tap the Book icon to open the Journal Description and Stats. Tap “Streak” to view more details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Restoring streaks retroactively<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you lose your streak due to a missed day, you can restore your streak by creating new entries on any days you missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the Streaks view, use the Calendar view to see any days you may have missed. Tap a journal to create a new entry. To restore your streak go back and create an entry for any missed days.<\/p>\n\n\n
