It is no longer in use and we now offer the <a href=\"https:\/\/dayoneapp.com\/premium\/\">Premium subscription<\/a>. However, we can help if you&#8217;re having trouble with Plus purchases. Plus is given on a per-platform status based on your purchase history. For example, if you paid for Day One on iOS only, you will have Plus on iOS only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a list of features included in the Plus status, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/dayoneapp.com\/pricing\/\">Pricing Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need help with your Premium status, that is different from Plus<a href=\"https:\/\/dayoneapp.com\/guides\/troubleshooting\/premium-subscription-troubleshooting\/\">. Please see our guide on Premium Subscription Troubleshooting instead. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i>The Plus status is determined by the Apple ID that was originally used to buy Day One. The Apple ID is essentially the license for Plus. This is not necessarily tied to your Day One account, but the Apple ID used in the device Settings\/System Preferences.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the steps you can use to restore the Plus legacy status to your Day One account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ios\">iOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tap <i>Day One &gt; Settings &gt; Advanced &gt; Restore Purchases<\/i> to restore functionality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" restore the purchase in the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart your device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try reinstalling Day One. <p class=\"no-margin\"><i>Please verify your data is synced at <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"http:\/\/dayone.me\/user\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">dayone.me<\/a> before reinstalling.<\/i><\/p><p
