There are many adjustments and options in the settings of Day One. You can do things like <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sign in to your Day One account<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Change fonts in the Appearance setting<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Add reminders<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create a passcode <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Import and Export data <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create or restore local backups <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Contact our support team <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
To access settings, click Day One > Settings<\/i> in the file menu, or use the keyboard shortcut Command+comma while Day One is the active app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
In version 3.0 and later, click Settings<\/i> in the Journal sidebar when enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
